Our ideal candidate has full knowledge of underground fiber install operations. Must be familiar with industry standards, policies, guidelines, procedures and can lead a 2-3 team member crew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px\">This is a full-time position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Assist Drill Operator with directional drill in accordance with blueprints and designated plans<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Responsible for locating cables and safely digging in accordance with blueprints and designated plans<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Operate hand and power tools and other general tasks using company and\/or rental equipment<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Maintain company equipment per service requirements and safety guidelines<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Maintain a constant focus on operating in a safe working environment<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"\/?page_id=233\">Apply Now<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:26px\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Directional Drill Locator: 5 years  prior experience (Required) in underground fiber and coax construction<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Experience with Vermeer 20&#215;22 Series 2 with F5 Falcon Locator<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Knowledge of utility depths and placements<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Capable of reading and understanding blueprints<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Valid Driver\u2019s License, with a clean MVR (Required)<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement (Preferred)<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Must have reliable transportation, be dependable and punctual<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Completion of pre-employment background checks, drug screen and motor vehicle record checks are required<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Due to the nature of field work, this position may require overtime, working on weekends, holidays, and the possibility of being called in during off hours<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">We are an outside plant construction company, it is mandatory to work outside in the varying elements year round<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Must be authorized to work in the United States<\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Please provide an up to date resume and and be prepared to provide professional references<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Foreman Locator will be responsible for operating locating and product support equipment.
